Organisations want AI and automation, but cannot show who authorised a decision, on what evidence, or how to stop it. The companies build software that puts authority, calculation and evidence first.
Proof today
Governed AI tooling is in internal operation at Fidevo AI Labs. Other capability systems are at design intent or not confirmed, and are labelled that way on every page.
Sequencing
Work is staged: document the problem, prove a bounded version, then expand only when evidence of use justifies it. Not everything is built at once.
