Terms and conditions.
Two companies appear on this website and they hold different roles. FIDEVO/AI LABS LIMITED owns the software. FIDEVO FINANCE S.R.L. operates this website. These terms set out what follows from that.

Owner of the software
The Fidevo software, including every business line described on this site, its source code, models, documentation and the FIDEVO name and group mark, is owned by FIDEVO/AI LABS LIMITED, company number 17386840, registered in England and Wales. Ownership is not transferred by use of this website or by any enquiry made through it.

Operator of this website
This website, fidevogroup.com, is operated by FIDEVO FINANCE S.R.L., CUI 54682381, Nr. Reg. Com. J2026031466004, EUID ROONRC.J2026031466004, with registered office at Intrarea Vladimiri, Nr. 11-17, Camera 1, Ap. 2, Sector 5, București, Romania. The operator is responsible for publishing and maintaining these pages; it does not thereby acquire any right in the software described above.

Licensing and access
Any licence to use a Fidevo capability is granted by FIDEVO/AI LABS LIMITED as owner of the software, under a separate written agreement. Nothing on this website constitutes such a licence, an offer to contract, or a commitment to make a capability available.

Statuses and claims
Each business line carries a published status describing the level of evidence that currently supports it. Statuses are statements of present evidence, not promises of availability, performance or a delivery date. Where a capability is described as design intent, it is not built.

Enquiries
An enquiry submitted through this website is recorded by the operator and passed to Fidevo. Submitting an enquiry creates no contract and no obligation on either party. Personal data submitted is handled under the privacy notice, for which FIDEVO/AI LABS LIMITED is the data controller.

Parts of this website were produced with AI assistance and reviewed under Fidevo's own AI Guardian process, in line with EU AI Act transparency expectations for AI-generated content.
