FIDEVO/AI LABS LIMITED is the data controller and owns the Fidevo software. FIDEVO FINANCE S.R.L. operates this website. This notice explains what happens to personal data you send us here.

FIDEVO/AI LABS LIMITED, company number 17386840, registered in England and Wales, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. The same company owns the Fidevo software described on this site; that ownership is unchanged by anything in this notice.

What we collect

Only what you send us. An enquiry form records your name, work email address, organisation where given, the business line you selected where given, your message, and the page the enquiry was sent from, together with the time it was received. We do not ask for special category data and you should not send any.

Why we hold it

To read your enquiry, reply to it, and keep a record that it was received so that no enquiry is lost. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and, where an enquiry leads to a discussion about a contract, steps taken at your request before entering into one.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in the group's managed database, hosted in the European Union. Access is restricted: the public website can write an enquiry but cannot read any enquiry back. Notification of an enquiry may be sent by email to a Fidevo mailbox.

How long we keep it

An enquiry is kept for as long as the conversation it belongs to is live, and then for up to twenty-four months as a record that it was received and answered. After that it is deleted.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our holding it. Write to the controller through the contact page and we will answer within one month. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.
